Get the File Menu or Menu Bar back in Internet Explorer 7 (IE7)

Just as the file menu is hidden in Windows Vista explorer, it is also hidden in Internet Explorer 7. To get it back, all you need to do is click "Tools" in the upper right hand corner of IE7 and select "Menu Bar."
