  • Hi, i am using windows vista home premium (definitely) but i only have the vista home basic theme, therfore i can’t change my colors-Help Please?!

  • Hi, the first thing I recommend is your experience index. Vista will not allow Aero unless it has rated your system. Go to Control Panel, find “System,” click on Windows Experience Index, finally click Rate and improve your computer’s performance or update my score. Depending if you computer has rated itself one or the other option may be available. Assuming you have enough Ram, you should get Aero as an option in “theme”
